Serale Technologies Inc. is responsible for the personal information described in this notice. We designed this launch page to collect only what is needed to provide the requested notification and protect the form from automated abuse.
When you join the launch list, we store your email address and signup time. The CAPTCHA temporarily processes a random session identifier, your challenge responses, completion and click timings, mouse-movement and hover counts, whether a touch device is used, and basic screen dimensions. Our hosting environment may also process routine request information, such as an IP address, browser details, requested page, and timestamp, in operational and security logs.
How and why we use it
We use your email address, with your consent, solely to send one Quadrifex launch notification. CAPTCHA and routine request information are processed to operate and secure the form and prevent automated submissions, based on our legitimate interest in protecting the service. We do not use this information for advertising, analytics, cross-site tracking, or user profiling.
Essential cookie and CAPTCHA
quadrifex_captcha is a first-party session cookie used only to generate and validate the anti-bot challenge. It expires when you close your browser and is not used for advertising or tracking. CAPTCHA challenges expire after five minutes and successful verifications after three minutes. Raw CAPTCHA interaction information is evaluated during validation and is not stored in the launch-notification database.
Retention
We retain your email address until the launch notification has been sent or until you ask us to remove it, whichever comes first, and then delete it. Operational server logs are kept only for the period reasonably needed for security, troubleshooting, and hosting operations.
Service providers and transfers
We do not sell or rent personal information. Information may be processed by service providers used to host this page, protect the service, or deliver email. This page currently retrieves its typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser sends ordinary connection information, including its IP address, to Google. Some providers may process information outside the European Economic Area under their applicable data-protection and transfer safeguards.
Your choices and rights
Providing an email address is optional; without it, we cannot send the launch notification. You may withdraw your consent or ask us to remove your email at any time. Depending on applicable law, you may also request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal information. You may lodge a complaint with the data-protection authority where you live or work.
